Welcome to our Live support chat system. We are providing this service to provide you with a quick and easy way to get an answers to your pre-sales and support questions. Our support agent are well trained and knowledgeable regarding our products. However if your question is very technical they might not have an immediate answer. In that case you will be advice to submit a ticket which will be forwarded to one of our engineer. Please rest assured that any issue received is treated with care and dedication.
You might find a live agent on Saturday as well but we cannot guarantee it.
On Sunday our support is closed.
You know if an agent is online if the picture on the right present the ONLINE sign. Simply click on it to get connected to an agent. When an agent is not available please use the ticket system to ask your question. We reply to all tickets within 24 hours, usually within 1 hour. The live support does not replace the ticket system. There is many cases where a ticket will be more efficient.
When chatting with a support agent or asking a question in the ticket system, please be specific. The more specific and the faster we will be able to answer your questions. Indicate if you posted previews tickets related to the matter.
When to use the Live Support:
- When you have a pre-sales questions
- When you have a problem with ordering a product
- When you have an urgent matter that need attention
When to use the Ticket System:
- When you want to suggest a new feature
- When you have serious technical issue that support agents cannot answer
- When you want to keep track of an issue (live support chat are NOT recorded)
Your Responsibility:
- Backup your website as necessary.
We highly recommend you to backup your website files and database before any intervention of our team or any update. We do our best to handle all sites with extra care and confedentiality. However in some unforeseen cases a customization or an update can create an issue. A backup is very usefull in that case.
- Bug Reports.
Most of the time our reprenstative will be able to give you a direct solution, quite often a simple update of the application will fix it. However, in the case where we cannot replicate the same issue on our end, you need to provide us with credential to your website so we can inspect the issue. A temporary super administrator access and FTP information are a great help to assist us in troubleshooting your site easily. Make sure to not provide your site information in our forum, only provide this information via ticket or email to a Joobi representative. Please disactivate website login information once our representative is finished. Please also change any password you provided us...
