Thank you for your feedback. We are accepting custom work that is available in our road map. We don't work that is not helpful to the community or work that specific to the website.
We made a partnership with odesk.com to provide us developers that qualify to our equirements. They will provide us a widget in Joobi site so users can browse all the developers within the site. This developers are all qualified person to handle Joomla and Joobi applications. This will be available soon.
