Ticket No Response Status: Solved ID: 1R6QB2-14N9 Hi there, I have submitted a ticket and it has been pending for 3 days. Please kindly have a look of the issue as we need to use the jnews component for our newsletter of May. Also we try to talk to the live support but it is always offline. May I ask if there is no live support anymore? I would really like to try most of your products but maybe you need a better support system, otherwise you will just turn customers away.
