Your support ticket area does not work!!!

I started a ticket about jNews Ticket [1NTAP0-Y2O], reporting a problem with the statistics in Google Chrome browser. You replied, after a few questions, to say it was a bug and would be fixed. This morning I had an email saying "We have not received any response back from you for ticket [1NTAP0-Y2O] in the last 5 days, and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved.". I returned to the ticket to see that the end of the thread had disappeared. I added a note to the end to let you know there was a problem then received another email saying
"We have not received any response back from you for ticket [1NTAP0-Y2O] in the last 5 days, and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved."!!!!!
I returned to the thread and found my last response from only an hour before had also disappeared. If I can't rely on your support system to get help on your products it doesn't give me any confidence that your products will be any better!
