• Should I upgrade? Is there an upgrade? Status: Solved ID: 1C11JE-WQW I have a licence for Acajoom Plus at The Island's Computer Guy (www.theislandscomputerguy.co.nz/cms) and see that you have Joobi 3.0 available. Is there any point in upgrading my Acajoom Plus 1.5 to the newest version? What is the cost (any currency quoted is fine)? What is the name of the upgraded program? Will it run on Joomla 1.5.14 ? Your site is very difficult to navigate. I have no idea what Joobi 3.0 does. Is it the same as my Acajoom Plus package? A simple product comparison (with check marks and X's) would be really helpful. Clear pricing of your products would also be really good. Will this ticket system e-mail me your response? See? Website is really unsettling. Should your system not e-mail me, and incase I can't find my way to the ticket-reply-system, could you CC  suitedscooter@gmail.com . Thanks in advance, TICG

  Ha.... only AFTER submitting the above ticket did I get a page that stated: This listing views all the tickets you submitted. Before creating a new ticket, please check if there is already an existing ticket that has addressed your concerns. You can only create a new ticket if your concerns haven't been addressed yet. To see the replies of the ticket created, just click on the ticket title. Surely this should appear ON the Ticket Submit page, and not after. It might also be nice if you could put this on the Submit Page: 1 : Email "Ticket [1C11JE-WQW]" sent to support@ticg.co.nz 2 : Successfully Created Ticket Might also be nice if this field that I am typing in allowed us to paste.   Hi The latest version of acajoom plus is 5.1.1 can you tell me what was your version of acajoom plus. Yes, this version will run at joomla 1.5.14. The good thing is the upgrade is free and you don't need to pay for it. The joobi 3.0  are applications that is came from jCenter and acajoom plus is not included on it.
