I want refund, please

Hello,
I purchased PowerPack Pro on 3 September 2010.
Till now I cannot make use of any applications in the pack. My complaints are following:
1. The tokens given to me are all invalid and I cannot make use of any program on Pro level. Two programs have been activated by your staff after much efforts.The third application (jFeedback) activated by your staff has reverted back to trial version.
2. jTickets seems have bugs and does not work. It returns blank page.
3. jSubscription has bugs in the Roles levels that are critical for this application.
Your staff is very helpful, however I am not satisfied with the product.
I have paid through PayPal. Kindly refund the money.
