Create tickets thru email with jTickets!
 jTickets now enables the ticketing system to automatically convert replies done through an email account to tickets. This can be done by clicking on the preferences of jTickets and setting to Yes Automatic conversion of reply to automatically convert the email reply to a ticket reply.
In this case, a ticket has to be created first (by the customer) in the ticketing system before a ticket can be created in the email.

Filter widget is a new feature of jBounceback that will handle your emails and automatically filter them to their proper boxes -- Inbox, Archive, Trash.
