2 - Do your customers ask you the same questions again and again? Now you can save those standard replies as 'templates' and save your time by using them. As a part of the update, we have also added Ticket Shift and Ticket Open Alert. Check this post to find out what they can do for you. 4 - jStore get product option cumulative feature. To put it in short, what that means is that you can now use jStore for creating products that within them itself have two separate options and are thus charged seperately. Eg: A t-shirt store wherein each price differs with the change in color option/size option etc. jStore also supports auto-updation of Exchange rate. Additionally, you can now restrict discounts to a specified level of user. Check all the other new features...5 - jBounceBack : This would surely be one of the top 3 requests for Acajoom. If you are facing problems with email bouncebacks (junk emails, basically) and you want to get rid of them or want to separate them from your main Acajoom subscriber list, then jBounceBack is what you need.
